Terms of Use
Last updated: October 5, 2026
These Terms of Use apply to your use of Popsicle Stick Crafts (“the site”). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
What the site provides
The site publishes free tutorials about popsicle stick and craft stick projects for general information and personal enjoyment. It is a hobby craft site and does not provide professional, engineering, or safety advice of any kind. We work to keep the instructions clear and accurate, but we do not guarantee that every tutorial is free of errors or that you will get a particular result by following it.
Craft safety
You are responsible for working safely and for deciding whether a project, or a finished item, is suitable for you, for the person you give it to, or for a child in your care. The notes below apply to every tutorial on the site.
- Adult supervision. Children should be supervised by an adult at every stage, and an adult should do any step that involves cutting, strong glue, stain, or sealer.
- Scissors and cutting. Craft sticks can split or snap when cut, and the cut end can fly off. Cut slowly, keep fingers clear of the blades, protect your eyes, and smooth sharp or splintered ends before handling them.
- Small parts and magnets. Cut stick pieces, clips, beads, and magnets are choking hazards, and swallowed magnets are dangerous. Keep small parts and finished items that contain them away from young children and pets. The finished projects are not toys.
- Glue, paint, stain, and sealer. Read and follow the label of every product you use, including its safety warnings and its drying instructions. Work in a well-ventilated area, protect your work surface, and keep products away from children unless the label says they are suitable for them.
- Flames and heat. Craft sticks are wood and will burn. Keep wooden crafts, painted or not, away from candles, stoves, heaters, hot light bulbs, and any other flame or heat source. Do not use a popsicle stick project as a candle holder.
- Decorative use only. The projects are decorative. They carry no load rating and no safety rating, and they have not been tested for strength. Do not rely on a shelf, holder, stand, bridge, or any other project to support weight, valuables, or anything that could cause harm or damage if it fell.
- No suitability claims. Nothing on the site should be read as a statement that a material or finished item is non-toxic, food-safe, waterproof, child-safe, or suitable for outdoor use.
You make and use the projects on this site at your own risk.

Unless stated otherwise, the text, illustrations, and design of the site belong to Popsicle Stick Crafts. You are granted a personal-use license, which means you are welcome to:

This license does not allow you to republish whole tutorials or illustrations, sell them, include them in a paid product, or present them as your own work without written permission.

No warranty and limitation of liability
The site and its tutorials are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. That includes any warranty that a tutorial is accurate, that a finished project will be strong or durable, or that it is fit for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Popsicle Stick Crafts is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the site or from making or using its projects.
